1. General Provisions

1.1 AiiN (hereinafter referred to as "AiiN", "we", "us", "the Platform" or "the Website") attaches great importance to user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. 4.2.2 Institutional Information If you are an institutional user, you need to provide the legal name of the enterprise, business registration information, proof of identity and legal establishment, address, business description, beneficial owner identity information, etc.

4.2.3 Financial Information Including but not limited to credit/debit card numbers and other financial institution account information (such as Apple Pay).

4.2.4 Service Information Information automatically collected when you use the Services, including but not limited to IP address, login data, carrier data, device information and other browsing and usage data.

4.2.5 Transaction and Wallet Information Information related to transactions on this Platform, including but not limited to public blockchain data, wallet addresses, etc.

4.2.6 Communication Information Feedback information from questionnaires, questionnaire content and correspondence records with the customer service team.

4.3 To support Apple Pay functionality, we may collect relevant data such as your identity information, financial information and transaction information.

4.4 When you use this Platform or Services, we may collect necessary information through dedicated email or other compliant means to optimize platform functions, improve user experience and security, or respond to court orders, laws and regulations and government agency requirements.

4.5 If you access websites, pages or platforms linked through this Platform or third-party partners, you must comply with the independent privacy policy of that third party. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, and we are not responsible for any content and activities operated by third parties.

5. Methods of Personal Data Collection

5.1 We collect your Personal Data through the following channels:

8.1.9 Account security maintenance (including two-factor authentication);

8.2 We will not sell or allow third parties to collect your Personal Data, except in the following circumstances:

8.2.1 Disclosure to affiliates (including subsidiaries, holding companies, entities under common control and their partners);

8.2.2 Provision to third parties with confidentiality obligations who assist in operating the Platform or Services;

8.2.3 Disclosure to professional advisors such as accountants and lawyers to fulfill legal obligations;

8.2.4 Due diligence involved in corporate mergers, reorganizations and other transactions;

8.2.5 As required by law by regulatory authorities or as necessary to protect our and others' rights.

8.3 Service providers may only use data for specific purposes designated by us.

8.4 Information will not be used for third-party marketing. We implement anti-money laundering reviews using international standards and may verify identity, credit risk and transaction monitoring through third-party data.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1.1 Physical Measures: Personal Data records are stored in locked secure locations;

9.1.2 Electronic Measures: Electronic materials containing Personal Data are stored in computer systems and storage media with strict login restrictions;

Data retention time does not exceed the period necessary to achieve the original collection purpose (including meeting legal, accounting or reporting requirements).

11. Minor Provisions

Not refund any payments.

12. Special Provisions for European Economic Area (EEA) Residents

12.2.3 User Consent: Having obtained your explicit authorization for specific purpose processing;

12.2.4 Legal Obligations: Including anti-money laundering reviews, suspicious activity reports, financial crime prevention, responding to government requirements, complying with economic sanction regulations, customer due diligence, audit risk assessment and tax reporting, etc.

12.3 EEA users have the following rights under GDPR (subject to statutory exceptions):

12.3.1 Right of Access: Confirm whether we process your data and obtain a copy of stored Personal Data;

12.3.2 Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;

12.4 We will promptly evaluate all requests and complaints and may require identification documents to verify the authenticity of requests. For requests that are clearly unfounded or beyond the scope of obligation, we have the right to charge reasonable administrative fees.

You will not be able to continue using Platform Services;

Only account asset withdrawal function will be retained;

All other functions will be disabled.
